  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Vehicle Usage Restrictions

Unless expressly authorized in writing:

  • The vehicle may not be driven by client or guests.

  • No racing, stunts, burnouts, or reckless activity.

  • No smoking inside the vehicle.

  • No food or drinks inside the vehicle.

  • No standing or sitting on exterior surfaces.

  • No attaching décor, tape, or props without approval.

Client assumes responsibility for any damages during the rental period.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Rolling with Ruby reserves the right to cancel due to mechanical issues, unsafe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

If cancellation occurs on our end, a full refund will be issued.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Client acknowledges that participation involves inherent risks.

Client agrees to release and hold harmless Rolling with Ruby from liability for:

  • Losses occurring during the rental period
